Goods are despatched from our warehouse in Oxfordshire or direct from the manufacturer. It is not possible to collect in person except for larger orders and then only by prior arrangement. The shipping costs quoted should be considered approximate. It may be necessary to increase the shipment charges if the destination is not, in the opinion if our carriers, within mainland UK and subject to standard rates. Depending upon the order makeup in some instances the delivery costs charged will actually be less than quoted. This is because the delivery charge is based upon the total weight of the shipment. Once a certain weight is reached (currently 30Kg), the shipment needs to be palletised rather than standard parcel courier service, which incurs extra expense. However two products weighing less than 30Kg will be quoted at pallet rates but may be shipped as two seperate standard packages and hence may be cheaper. If this is the case your credit card will not be billed for the total amount.

Returns Information

Your right to return goods is protected by the Distance Selling Act 2000. If you are unsatisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods. We will offer you an exchange or a full refund (less any original shipping costs) provided that the products are returned unopened, unused, in saleable condition and with the original packaging.

If you wish to return goods under the conditions above, or if the product develops a fault, before returning any product to us you must contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) reference number. An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the returns department at returns@opti-online.com. This number must be clearly identifiable on the product packaging and accompanying documentation. We will advise where the product should be returned to and what the course of action will be. This is because different product ranges may have different rules for fulfilling warranty claims. Note that we cannot accept delivery of any package without an authorised RMA number. However for information our general returns address is:

You must pay the cost of transportation to the service depot, and OPTI-Online will bear the cost of returning the product to you. OPTI-Online reserve the right to repair the unit or replace with one of a similar age.
